MILWAUKEE - Trailing 4-1 entering the fourth inning, the Milwaukee Brewers exploded for five and took the lead for good in a 9-6 win over New York Mets.

The victory is the 19th in 25 games for the defending NL Central Division champions and keeps them in the running for a wild card. Rickie Weeks hit his 20th home run of the season to highlight the big rally. He also doubled, scored twice and had three runs batted in. Brandon Kintzler got credit for his second pitching victory. The Brewers scored two more runs in the fifth inning and doubled in the final tally in the seventh.

Ike Davis hit his 27th home run in the ninth inning for the Mets, who lost for the ninth time in 11 games. Jenry Mejia took the loss.
