FOND DU LAC - A company from Fond du Lac is buying a metal recycling facility in Omaha Nebraska.
The Sadoff Iron-and-Metal Company runs a scrap metal yard in Lincoln Nebraska – and media reports say the firm will acquire Midwest Metals Recycling by the end of this month. Terms have not been disclosed. Midwest Metals started 21 years ago as a place where aluminum cans were recycled. It has since grown to handle other metals.
The Iron-and-Metal Company is part of Sadoff-and-Rudoy Industries, which is headquartered in Fond du Lac.
