Gov. Walker may be called as witness in trial of former aide
Wisconsin News-- It is possible Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker could be called as a prosecution witness in the felony misconduct trial of his former aide, Kelly Rindfleisch.
MADISON - It is possible Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker could be called as a prosecution witness in the felony misconduct trial of his former aide, Kelly Rindfleisch.
She was serving a deputy chief of staff for Walker in 2010 while he was Milwaukee County Executive and a Republican candidate for governor. Rindfleisch is charged with four felonies. She’s accused of making multiple campaign calls while she was working in her county office, a violation of state law.
Her trial starts October 15th. She was charged as a result of a two-year secret John Doe investigation. Several other faces charges in the case.
