By virtue of a Judgment of Foreclosure made in the above entitled action on April 6, 2012, in the amount of $243,243.74, I will sell at public auction at the lobby of the Pierce County Courthouse, 414 West Main Street Ellsworth, WI 54011, City of Ellsworth, County of Pierce, State of Wisconsin on October 23, 2012, at 9:00 AM all of the following described mortgaged premises, to wit:

All that part of the Southeast One-quarter (1/4) of the Southeast One-quarter (1/4) of Section Four (4), in Township Seventeen (17) North, Range Eighteen (18) West and all that part of the Southwest One-quarter (1/4) of the Southwest One-quarter (1/4) of Section Three (3), in Township Twenty-seven (27) North, Range Eighteen (18) West, lying South of S.T.H. #29 and Easterly of the Town Road in the Southeast One-quarter (1/4) of the Southeast One-quarter (1/4) of Section Four (4), said town road running in a Northeasterly and Southwesterly direction through said forty.
