PIERCE COUNTY FINANCE AND PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA, Monday, October 1, 2012 – 3:00 p.m. Courthouse - County Board Room, 414 W. Main St. – Ellsworth, WI.

1. Call to order: 1a. Establish quorum, 1b. Committee will receive public comment not related to agenda items; 2. Consent calendar – Discuss and take action on: 2a. Establish and approve agenda, 2b. Approve minutes of 9/10/12 and 9/11/12, 2c. Treasurer’s report on previous months finance activities and fund balances, 2d. Assistant Corporation Counsel attendance at seminar in Hudson; 3. Present and review 2013 department and agency budgets with independent auditor; 4. Discuss and take action on 2013 budget recommendations to Board; 5. Discuss and take action on amendments to Chapter 191; 6. Discuss and take action on request for authorization to use jail assessment funds for a plumbing consultant; 7. Discuss and take action on future funding for Highway Department; 8. Discuss and take action on sale of approximately 15 acres of County-owned land in Sec. 34, SW ¼, Town of Trenton, formerly used for mining purposes; 9. Discuss and take action on management agreement for the Revolving Loan Fund; 10. Discuss and take action on request for affiliation of the county Revolving Loan Fund with the Regional Business Fund, Inc; 11. Discuss and take action on legislation relating to collecting sales taxes relating to Internet sales; 12. Future agenda items; 13. Next meeting date; 14. Adjourn.
