NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Ellsworth is accepting proposals for janitorial services at the Village Hall/ Police Dept. building upstairs and downstairs located at 130 N. Chestnut St. and Library Building upstairs located at 312 W. Main Street for 2013 and 2014, 2 year contract, based on once a week cleaning. Janitorial supplies will be furnished. A list of the Janitorial Job Description and quote form is available at the Village Clerk’s Office for both locations, 130 N. Chestnut St. A background check will be conducted. A Certificate of Insurance is required. Deadline for submitting proposal for both locations to the Village Clerk’s Office – October 15, 2012, 4:00 p.m. Village reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
