Jean E. Lundberg, 68

Jean E. Lundberg, age 68, of Prescott, passed away at home on Oct. 1 after a short, courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.

She was born on Jan. 15, 1944, to Fred and Verna Wolf in Prescott. She married James Lundberg on Sept. 7, 1963, in Hastings.

Jean enjoyed children and provided daycare for many families. She was a very caring person.

She is survived by two sons, Scott (Sheila) Lundberg of Prescott and Steven (Heather) Lundberg of White Bear Lake, Minn.; four grandchildren, Jessie Lundberg, Tyler, Jon and Zach Lundberg. She is further survived by her in-laws, nephews, nieces, and close friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim; parents, Fred and Verna; and brother, Donald.

A memorial service for Jean will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, at Joy Lutheran Church in Prescott. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Friday evening at the Hill Funeral Home in Prescott and for 1 hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at Pine Glen Cemetery, Prescott.
