WOODBURY -- Some residents want to shut down the Woodbury motel that was the scene of a fatal hostage stand-off last month.
Records show police have been called to the Red Roof Inn more than 130 times this year. That's more than the combined total of the five other hotels in Woodbury.
On August 31st, a man at the Red Roof held a number of people hostage, sexually assaulted four girls and tried to shoot a man who fled. That man was fatally shot by police, who in the chaos mistook him for the shooter.
