(Olivia, MN) -- Imagine being attacked by root vegetables while driving in southwestern Minnesota.
A semi was heading down Highway-212 in Renville County on Thursday when its trailer broke open, spilling freshly-harvested beets across the road.
The beets struck two oncoming cars, however damage was minimal and none of the drivers were injured.
