FARGO, N.D. -- Late night drunken fun in Fargo -- they've got an app for that.
Authorities received complaints overnight about a man using a flashing red light to impersonate a police officer. The man was arrested after using the light generated by an app on his iPad which mimics police lights that pull people over.
The 24-year-old was arrested for DUI. It turns out he also had several outstanding alcohol-related warrants.
