Wisconsin News--Dane County District Judge Juan Colas says the state is to blame for the current delay on action involving Wisconsin’s collective bargaining law.
MADISON - Dane County District Judge Juan Colas says the state is to blame for the current delay on action involving Wisconsin’s collective bargaining law.
Colas gave those challenging the law passed by the governor and Republican lawmakers until next Tuesday to file more arguments. Colas made that ruling yesterday. He says this is going to delay his action on the state’s request he put his original decision on hold while appeals are carried out.
The judge agreed Friday with arguments offered by the Madison teachers union and Milwaukee city employees union when they said they should be allow to respond to the state’s arguments.
