Necedah's Satuer finishes second in truck race
Wisconsin Sports-- Necedah’s Johnny Sauter was right on his tail, but Parker Kligerman managed to pick up his first Camping World Truck Series title in a wreck-filled Fred’s 250 at Talladega Motor Speedway last night.
TALLADEGA, Ala. - Necedah’s Johnny Sauter was right on his tail, but Parker Kligerman managed to pick up his first Camping World Truck Series title in a wreck-filled Fred’s 250 at Talladega Motor Speedway last night.
Kilgerman had produced five second-place finishes, but never won. Only 21 of the 36 drivers completed the 94 laps. Seven trucks were sidelined on the last four trips around the track.

Kasey Kahne starts on the pole for today’s Good Sam Roadside Assistance 500 in the Chase for the Sprint Cup. Wisconsin driver Matt Kenseth starts 15th. He is last among the 12 drivers eligible for the Cup this season. Other Wisconsin drivers in the field include Eau Claire’s Paul Menard starting 16th and Janesville’s Travis Kvapil 36th.
