PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that by virtue of that certain Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, Order for Judgment, and Judgment entered and filed in the above- entitled action on September 17, 2012, the Sheriff of Pierce County, Wisconsin, will sell the following described real property at public auction as follows:

DATE/TIME: November 6, 2012, at 9:00 a.m.

TERMS: 10% of successful bid must be paid to Sheriff at sale in certified funds, with the balance due and owing on the date of confirmation of the sale by the Court.
