The Connecticut Sun will host the Indiana Fever in the decisive Game Three of the WNBA Eastern Conference finals tomorrow. The winner will advance to face the Minnesota Lynx in the WNBA Finals Game One on Sunday at the Target Center. Sunday's game will tip at 7 p.m.

The NHL is set to resume labor talks with the players' union today. According to "USA Today," major economic issues will not be part of today's discussions. Tomorrow was to have been the start of the regular season. The NHL has already canceled games through October 24th. The Minnesota Wild were to have opened the regular season this Saturday night.

The 4-1 Minnesota Vikings will be back on the practice field today at Winter Park. The team had its mandatory day off yesterday. The coaching staff will begin implementing the gameplan at practice today. Minnesota is at Washington on Sunday. Head coach Leslie Frazier says the Redskins will provide a big road test for his team. Kickoff on Sunday is set for 3:25 p.m.

The "Washington Post" reports Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III is expected to participate in practice today. Griffin has reportedly been cleared to practice but it's unclear if he will play in Sunday's game against the Vikings. He suffered a concussion in Sunday's loss to the Falcons. Kirk Cousins replaced Griffin and would be in line to start this week's game if "RG3" can't go.

University of Minnesota quarterback MarQueis Gray practiced with his teammates for the first time in a while on Sunday and was on the practice field again yesterday. The senior from Indianapolis has not played in a game since injuring his ankle and knee in a game on September 15th. He could play this weekend against Northwestern, although head coach Jerry Kill says they haven't determined that yet. Gray is at "60 to 70 percent," according to Kill. Max Shortell is expected to start the game at quarterback for Minnesota either way, with Gray possibly seeing some time off the bench. Kickoff for Saturday's Homecoming is set for 11 a.m. at TCF Bank Stadium.
