The Ellsworth Ambulance Service’s contract with Western Wisconsin Emergency Medical Services (WWEMS) is to be extended.
The service’s operating committee approved extending the joint powers agreement with the subsidiary of Regions Hospital in St. Paul for another year during a meeting early this month, according to Rick Sweig, representative from the village.
