Logano wins eighth Nationwide race
Joey Logano crossed the finish line 2.76 seconds ahead of Kevin Harvick to claim his eighth Nationwide Series victory of the season in 18 starts.
CHARLOTTE - Joey Logano crossed the finish line 2.76 seconds ahead of Kevin Harvick to claim his eighth Nationwide Series victory of the season in 18 starts.
Logano led much of the way, but lost the lead and dropped into third place at the midpoint. He says he adjusted his style and then ran away from the field to win the Dollar General 300 at Concord, North Carolina.
Beloit-born Danica Patrick was the only driver with a Wisconsin connection in the field at Charlotte Motor Speedway. She started 11th and finished 11th.
