Forsman knocked back to sixth in Greater Hickory Classic
Wisconsin Sports-- An even par round by Rhinelander native Dan Forsman knocks him off the top of the leaderboard at the Greater Hickory Classic.
HICKORY, N. C. - An even par round by Rhinelander native Dan Forsman knocks him off the top of the leaderboard at the Greater Hickory Classic.
Forsman fell into a tie for sixth at seven under par going into today’s final round. Fred Funk took over the top spot at 12 under by shooting his second straight 66.

His lead has been cut in half, but John Mallinger still tops the leaderboard at the Frys.com Open in California. He’s a 15 under par 198 going into today’s final round, two shots up on Jonas Blixt. Madison golfer Jerry Kelly fired a four under par 67 Saturday to move up into a tie for 12th, six shots behind the season. Kelly is at nine under par.
