Arrowhead held the top spot for most of the season, as the top seven teams all finished with 8-0 regular season marks. Waunakee was second, followed by Sun Prairie, Appleton North, Brookfield East, Hudson, and Green Bay Southwest.
West De Pere led the middle schools throughout the season. The top-six schools in the group went 8-0. Wisconsin Lutheran was second and Walworth Big Foot third, followed by Plymouth, Waupaca, and Pewaukee.
Fond du Lac St. Mary's Springs won the AP’s poll for small schools, as the top-eight schools all went 8-0. Eau Claire Regis was second followed by Lancaster, Edgar, Potosi, Hilbert, Cuba City, and Bangor.
