PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of a judgment of foreclosure and sale entered in the above entitled action on the 15th day of May, 2012, the undersigned Sheriff of Pierce County, Wisconsin will sell at public auction on the front steps of the Pierce County Courthouse in the Village of Ellsworth, Pierce County, Wisconsin, on the 20th day of November, 2012 at 9:00 o'clock in the forenoon of that day, the real estate and mortgaged premises directed by said judgment to be sold, and therein described as follows:
A Part of Lot 2 in Block 12 in Moser's Addition to the Village of Plum City, described as follows: Beginning at the SE corner of Lot 2 in block 12 in Moser's Addition to the Village of Plum City, thence West 50 feet, thence North 35 feet, thence East 50 feet, thence South 35 feet to the place of beginning.
