WINNIPEG, Manitoba -- Minnesota's Chase Budinger scored 21 points off the bench as the Timberwolves pounded the Detroit Pistons 95-76 last night at the MTS Center.
Derrick Williams netted 18 points and Nikola Pekovic added 14 points and nine rebounds for the T'wolves, who improved to 4-2 in preseason play.
The game in Canada drew more than 12,000 fans. The T'wolves wrap up the preseason tomorrow night against the Milwaukee Bucks in Green Bay.
