Architect Selection Committee, Wednesday, November 14, 2012, 6:00 p.m. BMO/Harris Bank (lower level), 388 West Main St., Ellsworth. Call to order. Certification of compliance with Open Meeting Law. Approval of the agenda.

Closed Session: 19.85 (1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. Presentations by Architect Firms and Selection of an Architect Firm.

Return to Open Session and act upon results of the Closed Session - Selection of an Architect. Adjournment. Next Meeting: TBD.
