BROOKLYN, N.Y. -- The Minnesota Timberwolves erased a 22-point deficit and rallied to down the Brooklyn Nets 107-96 last night at brand new Barclays Center.
Minnesota's Andrei Kirlienko filled up the box sheet, scoring 16 points with 10 rebounds, six assists and four blocks in the win. Nikola Pekovic paced Minnesota with 21 points on 9-15 shooting. Deron Williams posted 18 points and 14 rebounds in the loss for the Nets. Joe Johnson added 17 points and Brook Lopez chipped in 15.
This was Brooklyn's first loss at the Barclays Center. Minnesota is now 2-1 on the season and hosting Orlando on Wednesday.
