TOWN OF ROCK ELM: NOTICE OF PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 2012 at 8:00pm at the TOWN SHOP, a PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED BUDGET of the Town of Rock Elm will be held. That proposed budget in detail is available for inspection at the home of the Town Clerk by appointment. A summary of the proposed budget appears below (see attached PDF file):

NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS OF THE TOWN OF ROCK ELM

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 2012, immediately following completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed budget which begins at 8:00pm at the Town Shop, a special town meeting of the electors called pursuant to Section 60.12 (1)(c) of Wisconsin Statutes by the town board for the following purposes will be held:

1. To adopt the 2012 Town Tax Levy to be paid in 2013 pursuant to Section 60.10(1)(a) of the Wisconsin Statutes.

2. To authorize the Town board to hire town officers as employees of the town and set an hourly wage pursuant to Section 60.10(1)(g) of Wisconsin Statutes.
