Mock voters
On Oct. 26, students at Ellsworth High School participated in a mock election.
On Oct. 26, students at Ellsworth High School participated in a mock election. The election was coordinated by Mr. Casper's government class and Mrs. Pechacek's AP history class, along with Mr. Powers' statistics class. The results were then analyzed by the stats class and released on Election Day. They showed: President, Romney, 199, Obama, 191, Johnson, 18, and Stein, 27; U.S. Senator, Thompson, 222, and Baldwin, 187; Third District Congress, Boland, 168, Kind, 249; and 93rd Assembly District, Petryk, 22, and Smith, 174.
