By virtue of a Judgment of Foreclosure made in the above entitled action on August 28, 2012, in the amount of $227,829.38, I will sell at public auction at the lobby of the Pierce County Courthouse 414 West Main Street, Ellsworth, WI 54011, City of Ellsworth, County of Pierce, State of Wisconsin on December 4, 2012, at 9:00 AM all of the following described mortgaged premises, to wit:
A part of Block Forty (40), and of vacated High Street, Copp & Maxson's Second Addition to the City of Prescott, Pierce County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at a point on the East line of said addition that is the center of the East line of Lot 2, said addition running thence Southwesterly along the center line of said Lot 2 to a point that is in line with the Southwesterly line of the alley in said Block 40; thence Northwesterly to the Northwesterly line of said Block 2; thence Northeasterly along the Northwesterly line of said Lot 2, 16 1/2 feet; thence Northwesterly along the Northeasterly line of said alley 66 feet to the West corner of Lot 7 in said Block; thence Northeasterly along the Northwesterly line of said Lot 7 to the North corner of said Lot 7; thence continuing Northeasterly in line with the Northwesterly line of said Lot 7 to the East line of said addition; thence South along the East line of said addition to the point of beginning.
