ST. LOUIS PARK, Minn. -- Now that we're half-a-month removed from Halloween, word is out that a man has been charged with pulling out an assault rifle on a group of trick or treaters in the Twin Cities suburb of St. Louis Park.
Forty-four-year-old Orrin Hager faces second degree assault charges and up to seven-years in prison if convicted. Prosecutors say Hager pulled up to a group of children and confronted them with an AK-47 after accusing them of stealing candy from one of his kids.
Hager says he didn't point the gun at anyone -- and has been released on bond.
