TOWN OF TRIMBELLE

Meeting Minutes

October 9, 2012, 7:00 p.m.

The monthly meeting for the Town of Trimbelle was called to order by chairperson Jim Harris. Roll call by the clerk with all the board present. Minutes of the last board meeting were read by the clerk. Motion to accept minutes by Ron Johnson. Seconded by Richard Leonard. Motion carried.

Richard Leonard made a motion to grant an Operator License to Janis McKahan. Seconded by Ron Johnson. Motion carried.

Correspondence was reviewed and discussed.

Ron Johnson made a motion to request County Bridge Aid on 570th Avenue 250' east of 950th Street Structure. Seconded by Richard Leonard. Motion carried.

Richard Leonard made a motion to pay the bills. Seconded by Ron Johnson. Motion carried.

Jim Harris made a motion for adjournment. Seconded by Richard Leonard. Motion carried.
