Ellsworth Public Library Building/Space Committee

Monday, December 10, 2012, 6:30 p.m. Ellsworth Public Library, 312 West Main St., Ellsworth, WI 54011.

AGENDA: Call to order;

Establish a quorum; Certification of compliance with Open Meeting Law; Approve agenda; Approve minutes from November 13, 2012 Meeting; Current Business - Discussion of Architect Selection Committee’s progress; New

Business - Presentation by Traci Lesneski of MS&R;

Information on grant possibi-lities; Library funds available;

Set up sub-committees: fundraising, publicity, marketing;

Suggestions on capital campaign leaders/co-chairs from committee members; Preliminary discussion of donor targets; Preliminary discussion on slogan or theme for capital campaign – set by committee; Adjournment.
