MANKATO, Minn. -- A southern Minnesota mother and her two missing children have been found. The mother and two young children were found in a motel in Mankato.
Authorities say 21-year-old Reina Gandarilla kidnapped her 2-year-old son and 4-month-old daughter from a foster home nearly a week ago.
Gandarilla had lost custody of the children -- and she now faces charges after a national alert was issued last week.
