Parts of central and northern Wisconsin will get up to 4-to-6 inches in the first widespread snowfall of the season this weekend.
The southeastern part of the state will see a mix of rain and snow. A winter storm warning Sunday for northwestern Wisconsin will be in effect at the same time a winter storm watch is in place for the central and north-central parts of the Badger State. That snow is expected to bring dangerous driving conditions to the area.
Temperatures in the 40s will keep it from accumulating in the Milwaukee area.
