A player with Wisconsin ties has won “The Amazing Race” for the second time in a row. Oconomowoc native Josh Kilmer-Purcell and his partner Brent Ridge won a million-dollars on C-B-S last night for completing various tasks the fastest in a race around the world. The previous “Amazing Race” was won by Madison couple Dave and Rachel Brown.
