Prescott girls hoops win third straight
The Prescott High School girls basketball team won its third straight game Thursday 38-30 in a non-conference game over St. Croix Central.
PRESCOTT - The Prescott High School girls basketball team won its third straight game Thursday 38-30 in a non-conference game over St. Croix Central.
The Cardinals outscored SCC 16-6 in the second quarter to lead 22-11 at halftime and they stayed in control through the second half.
PHS's Cassie Murphy scored in double figures for the third straight game as well with 11 points to lead the Cardinals. Kellie Magee finished with seven points and Kayla Lytle and Elly Boles each had six points.
Prescott is right back in action tonight at home against Somerset.
