NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS

West CAP, a non-profit corporation currently under contract with the State of Wisconsin to provide residential weatherization services in Polk, Barron, Chippewa, St. Croix, Dunn, Pierce, and Pepin counties using funds from the State of Wisconsin and the U. S. Department of Energy, is seeking to:

Expand their sub-contractor bidder’s list for: licensed HVAC contractors, plumbers, and electricians. 

Expand their service provider bidder’s list for delivery, installation, and removal of refrigerators and freezers.

Expand their supplier (no installation) bidder’s list for: lumber (and related items), exterior doors and windows, electrical supplies, fluorescent light bulbs, safety-related supplies, ventilation equipment/supplies, blown  insulation (cellulose and fiberglass), rigid insulation, spray foam, and sealants.

 Female-owned, small businesses and registered minority-owned enterprises (MBE contractors) are especially encouraged to inquire and bid.
