Public notice is hereby given to all persons in Pierce County, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on the 2nd day of January, 2013, at 6:00 pm, in the County Board Room in the Courthouse, in Ellsworth, WI before the Land Management Committee to consider a request for a conditional use permit for a Home Business for woodworking and a knife sharpening business, pursuant to Pierce County Code, Chapter 240-36F in the Rural Residential 8 District for Joel & Margie Swenson, owners on property located in the NW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 19, T27N, R19W, Town of Clifton, Pierce County, WI
