MINNEAPOLIS -- Athletics still rule the roost when it comes to salaries at the University of Minnesota and many other colleges.
A report in the St. Cloud Times shows U-of-M men's basketball coach Tubby Smith made $1.9 million in the school's most recent fiscal year, while football coach Jerry Kill earned just over $1.2 million.
Third on the list is the president of the University of Minnesota, Eric Kaler, who made about $590,000.
