Minnesota News-- A pilot escaped serious injury after his helicopter caught fire after landing at a private home in Corcoran Sunday morning.
(Corcoran, MN) -- A pilot escaped serious injury after his helicopter caught fire after landing at a private home in Corcoran Sunday morning.
According to the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office, the pilot landed the helicopter on a backyard helipad when it started to spin and hit a nearby enclosed trailer.
The collision caused the helicopter to catch fire. Officials say the pilot was treated at the scene for minor injuries. No one else was on board.
