TOWN OF TRIMBELLE

Meeting Minutes

November 13, 2012, 7:00 p.m.

BUDGET HEARING: The Budget Hearing for the Town of Trimbelle for the year 2013 was called to order by chairperson Jim Harris. The budget was discussed and all comments were heard. Richard Leonard made a motion to approve the budget. Seconded by Jim Harris. Motion carried. Budget Hearing adjourned. The Special Meeting for the Town of Trimbelle was called to order by Jim Harris. Richard Leonard made a motion to approve 2013 highway expenditures. Seconded by Jim Harris. Motion carried. Richard Leonard made a motion to adopt the levy of $345715 for the purpose of maintaining the township. Seconded by Jim Harris. Special Meeting adjourned.

MONTHLY MEETING: The monthly meeting for the Town of Trimbelle was called to order by chairperson Jim Harris. Roll call by the clerk with Jim Harris and Richard Leonard present. Ron Johnson absent. Minutes of the last board meeting were read by the clerk. Motion to accept minutes by Richard Leonard. Seconded by Jim Harris. Motion carried.

Richard Leonard made a motion to grant Operator Licenses to Alyson R. Lehman, Zachary S. Johnson, and Jonah C. Feuerhelm. Seconded by Jim Harris. Motion carried.

Jim Harris made a motion to have Rural Mutual as the insurance carrier for the township. Seconded by Richard Leonard. Motion carried.

Correspondence was reviewed and discussed.

Richard Leonard made a motion to pay the bills. Seconded by Jim Harris. Motion carried.

Jim Harris made a motion for adjournment. Seconded by Richard Leonard. Motion carried.
