Solid Waste, Cable TV, Special Committee, M. Cemetery; 7. Department Head Reports: (Department activity/update) A. Chief of Police, B. Director of Public Works/Zoning Administrator, C. Clerk/Treas.; 8. The Board intends to go into closed session under Section 19.85 (1) (e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session and pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved -East End Industrial Park land interest; -Wastewater Treatment Plant construction issues. Board will return to open session and take action on the closed session item(s), if required; 9. Adjournment
