Ice house explodes on Lake of the Woods, five injured
Minnesota News-- Along the Canadian border on Sunday, five people were badly burned when the ice house they were in exploded.
WILLIAMS, Minn. -- Along the Canadian border on Sunday, five people were badly burned when the ice house they were in exploded.
It's believed a propane furnace malfunctioned, causing the blast at Zippel Bay on the shore of Lake of the Woods.
The victims were taken to a burn center in Duluth. At least three of them are from North Dakota but no other details have been released.
