Updates, 2013 Operating Budget. This meeting may adjourn to closed session to discuss Budgetary issues as authorized by the state statute 19.85 (1) (c) & (f) and to discuss business of the service that has come before the Operating committee. Action may be taken on budgetary items discussed in closed session.
