VILLAGE OF ELLSWORTH, WISCONSIN

BOARD PROCEEDINGS

12/13/2012

Pres. DeWolfe called the special emergency meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. in the Board Room located in Village Hall.

Members Present: Trustees; Neil Gulbranson, Curt Wandmacher, Michael J. Steele, Kenny Manfred, Dick Hines and Rick Sweig

Staff Present: Clerk/Treas.; Peggy Nelson

Others Present: Attorney Robert Loberg, Cedar Corp., Scott McCurdy; Quinn Motors, Meghan Kummer

The board intends to go into closed session under Section 19.85 (1) (e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, the committee will go back into open session and take action on the closed session items, if required.

-Quinn Motors Project

-Property at 419 W. Main Street

5:31 p.m. MSC Sweig/Hines to go into closed session, roll call vote taken, unanimous.

6:32 p.m. MSC Manfred/Hines to go back into open session, roll call vote taken, unanimous.

MSC Gulbranson/Manfred to authorize the use of TID 10 funds up to $75,000.00 for the Huppert property at 419 W. Main St. for site preparation/clean-up, contaminated soil clean-up and building demo provided improvements are completed as represented to the Village Board. Unanimous.
