Area News-- A body found in the Vermillion River in Hastings Tuesday may be that of a woman who jumped off Vermillion Falls in July of 2011.
HASTING - A body found in the Vermillion River in Hastings Tuesday may be that of a woman who jumped off Vermillion Falls in July of 2011.
Dakota County Deputies say a passerby found skeletal remains along the banks of the river, and it's clear they had been there for some time.
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner is working with the sheriff's department to identify the body, and expect to have the answers to some questions today.
