PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of a judgment of foreclosure entered on April 25, 2012, in the amount of $462,763.21, the Sheriff or her assignee will sell the described premises at public auction as follows:

DATE and TIME: 9:00 a.m., March 5, 2013.

TERMS: Pursuant to said judgment, 10% of the successful bid must be paid to the Clerk of Court’s Office at the same time of the sale in cash, cashier’s check, money order or certified funds, payable to the Clerk of Court’s Office. Personal checks cannot and will not be accepted.
