TOWN OF TRIMBELLE

Meeting Minutes

December 11, 2012, 7:00 p.m.

The monthly meeting for the Town of Trimbelle was called to order by chairperson Jim Harris. Roll call by the clerk with all the board present. Minutes of the last board meeting were read by the clerk. Motion to accept minutes by Ron Johnson. Seconded by Richard Leonard. Motion carried.

The Board set the Caucus for January 8, 2013 at 8 p.m. to nominate candidates for town offices to be voted for at the town election to be held at the Spring Election.

Ron Johnson made a motion to immediately implement the following Sanding and Snowplowing Policy: It is at the discretion of the partrolman whether the driveway is feasible for the township equipment to operate in. Plowing and sanding will be done during working hours (6 a.m. to 2 p.m.). A minimum of $40 for up to the first fifteen minutes of driveway plowing and/ or sanding, and $40 every fifteen minutes thereafter. Additional charge for material. Seconded by Richard Leonard. Motion carries.

Correspondence was reviewed and discussed.

Richard Leonard made a motion to pay the bills. Seconded by Ron Johnson. Motion carried.

Jim Harris made a motion for adjournment. Seconded by Richard Leonard. Motion carried.
