PIERCE COUNTY FAIR COMMITTEE MEETING - Tuesday, January 29, 2013 - 8:30 a.m. Seyforth Building, Pierce County Fairgrounds, 364 N. Maple, Ellsworth, WI AGENDA: 1. Call to order; 2. Approved Printed Agenda; 3. Public Comment; 4.

Review/approve minutes of December 12, 2012 meeting; 5. Discuss/take action on Pierce County Friends of the Fair Foundation; 6. Discuss/ take action on fair funding options from public meeting: Parade during Fair – Bergseng, Sunday gate charging hours during the Fair – Bergseng; 7. Discuss/take action on Social Garden during the Fair: Insurance, Resolution to authorize alcohol sales; 8. Discuss/take action on 2013 booked Fair entertainment including grandstand events; 9. Discuss/take action on membership to International Association of Fairs and Expositions; 10. Coordinator Report: State convention report, Non-Fair Event Roster, Fair Office Procedure Manual, 4-H duties during Fair – Frank Ginther, Fairbook, 2012 Coordinator accomplishments; 11. Committee will convene into closed session pursuant to Sec. 19.85(1)(c) Wis. Stats. for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility: Fair Coordinator annual performance review; 12. Committee will return to open session and take action on closed session item, if required; 13. Future agenda items; 14. Set next meeting date; 15. Adjourn.
