PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of a judgment of foreclosure entered on December 10, 2012 in the amount of $143,538.22 the Sheriff will sell the described premises at public auction as follows:
TIME: March 19, 2013 at 9:00 a.m.
TERMS: Pursuant to said judgment, 10% of the successful bid must be paid to the sheriff at the sale in cash, cashier's check or certified funds, payable to the clerk of courts (personal checks cannot and will not be accepted). The balance of the successful bid must be paid to the clerk of courts in cash, cashier's check or certified funds no later than ten days after the court's confirmation of the sale or else the 10% down payment is forfeited to the plaintiff. The property is sold 'as is' and subject to all liens and encumbrances.
PLACE: On the steps of the Pierce County Courthouse, in the Village of Ellsworth

Youngman's Midway Addition to the Village of Ellsworth, Pierce County, Wisconsin described as follows: Commencing at a point 25 feet Northeasterly from the Northwest corner of Lot 13, in Block 6, and on line of said lot; thence running Northwesterly at right angles to Wall Street in said addition 50 feet; thence Northeasterly parallel with said Wall Street, 75 feet; thence Southeasterly 50 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 14; thence Southwesterly on the Northerly line of Lots 14 and 13, 75 feet to the place of beginning.
