PIERCE COUNTY PARKS COMMITTEE - Monday,

February 04, 2013 – 8:30am, County Board Room - Pierce County Courthouse, 414 West Main Street, Ellsworth, WI. AGENDA:1. Call to order; 2. Public comment: Parks Committee will receive public comments on any issue not related to agenda items, discussion by committee members may take place but no action will be taken on any item raised; 3. Discuss/ take action on September 10, 2012 minutes; 4. Discuss/ take action on request from the Pierce County Snow-

mobile Council to apply for 2013-2014 snowmobile trail program grants; 5. Discuss/ take action on camping cabin construction project bids; 6. Discuss/take action on request to carryover $3,330 for purchasing 4 canoes in conjunction with the hail damage insurance settlement from 2012; 7. Discuss/take action to forego construction of the Trenton Island boat ramp improvement project during 2013 in anticipation of obtaining 90% cost share assistance in 2014 through the Recreational Boating Facilities Grant Program and the Sportfish Restoration Grant Program; 8. Discuss/ take action on 2012 Parks Department annual report; 9. Parks Department report: a) Trimbelle River snowmobile bridge grant project; 10. Parks Committee will convene into closed session pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(c) Wis. Stats., for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility: For the purpose of conducting an annual performance evaluation of the County Park Superintendent; 11. Committee will return to open session and take action on closed session item, if required; 12. Next meeting date; 13. Adjourn.
