COMMITTEE MEETING Monday, February 4, 2013 – 4:00 p.m., Courthouse - County Board Room, 414 W. Main St. – Ellsworth, WI.

AGENDA: 1. Call to order: 1a. Establish quorum, 1b. Committee will receive public comment not related to agenda items; 2. Consent calendar – Discuss and take action on: 2a. Establish and approve agenda, 2b. Approve minutes of 1/22/13, 2c. Treasurer’s report on previous months finance activities and fund balances, 2d. Carryover of $1,478 in 2012 Grant Fund for Conservation Newsletter, 2e. Carryover of $3,330 for purchasing 4 rental fleet canoes in conjunction with the Parks Department hail damage insurance settlement from 2012, 2f. Carryover of Veterans Memorial funds in the amount of $300; 3. Discuss and take action to approve unbudgeted expenditure from Building Outlay for Energy Efficiency Grant Restitution; 4. Discuss and take action to authorize sale of intoxicating liquor and fermented malt beverages on the Pierce County Fairgrounds; 5. Discuss and take action on resolution to order issuance of tax deed on parcels in the Town of River Falls, Town of Rock Elm, and Town of Salem; 6. Discuss and take action on Purchasing Policy revision; 7. Review and take action on contract settlement agreements: 7a AFSCME Human Service Support Staff, 7b AFSCME Courthouse, 7c Teamsters Human Service Professionals, and 7d L.A.W. Community Health; 8. Committee will convene into closed session pursuant to §19.85(1)(c), WI Stats for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility: Corporation Counsel annual performance evaluation; 9. Committee will return to open session and take action on closed session item, if required; 10. Future agenda items; 11. Next meeting date; 12. Adjourn.
