PIERCE COUNTY: Request For Proposals - Bridge Overlays

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - NOTICE

Pierce County seeks professional engineering services to provide bridge design, contract document preparation and bidding services for bridge overlay construction projects throughout Pierce County. Proposals must be received by mail or hand delivered to Chad Johnson, Highway Commissioner, 621 Cairns Street, P.O. Box 780, Ellsworth, WI 54011, by no later than 2:00 p.m. February 19, 2013, in a sealed envelope marked “Pierce County – 2013 Bridge Overlays Qualifications”. The Pierce County Highway Committee will review and award the proposal, on February 21, 2013 at 8:30 a.m., at the Pierce County Highway Building, Conference Room, 621 Cairns Street, Ellsworth, WI 54011. The Request for Proposal Specifications should be obtained from Chad Johnson, (715) 273-5096. Pierce County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals regardless of conformity with the specifications. Furthermore, Pierce County may declare as valid any proposal submitted despite its failure to adhere to the terms and conditions stated in the specifications/proposal form. Pierce County reserves the right to using reasonable business judgment to negotiate with a respondent whether or not its submittal is deemed to be the lowest responsive and responsible proposal. Pierce County is bound only upon the signing and execution of a formal written contract.
