February 4, 2013 -7:00 P.M. 1. Call to order: 10 minute discussion limit on all agenda and non-agenda items per Roberts Rules of Order, the Village Board may suspend this rule if deemed necessary; no board action may be taken on non-agenda items; 2. Approve minutes – 1/7/13;

3. Approve bills; 4. Public comment on non-agenda items; 5. Adopt Ordinance #631 amending Section 11.10 - Solid Waste and Recycling;

6. Committee/Commission meeting reports/recommendations: A. Plan Commission, B. Board of Appeals, C. ETZ, D. Water and Sewer, E. Street & Sidewalk, F. Salary and Labor, G. Library Board – 1/29/13, Building/Space 1/14/13, H. Parks, Recreation, & Development, I.

Finance, Purchasing, Buildings, J. Public Safety -1/21/13 1/15/13 Ellsworth Area Ambulance Service Operating Committee, K. Health, License, Welfare, L. Solid Waste, Cable TV, Special Committee, M. Cemetery; 7. Department Head Reports: (Department activity/update) A. Chief of Police, B. Director of Public Works/Zoning Administrator, C. Clerk/ Treas.; 8. Board will convene into closed session pursuant to: Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session and pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85 (1)(g)for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved: - Wastewater Treatment Plant construction project, Agreement for Professional Services, final invoices, -East End Industrial Park land sale, -TID 10 update, -Assisted Living Facility Hwy 65 (Addendum to Developer's Agreement). Board will return to open session and take action on the closed session item(s), if required;

9. Adjournment.
